人的怒氣不能成就神的義，你發的怒氣是出於義還是出於自私的慾望未被滿足？ 當有怒氣產生的時候，往往不是那個表面的事件讓你產生怒氣，不仿靜下來檢視一下自己的心怎麼了，是你的期待沒有被滿足？ 在生氣的時候說出的話往往是具有毁滅性的而非造就人，馬太福音15章11節入口的不能污穢人，出口 的乃能污穢人 。 讓我們操練常保守自己的心思意念，保持謙卑，當生氣的時候就不會整個人被怒氣所掌控了。
Human anger does not produce the righteousness of God. Does your anger arise from justice for someone or for your own selfish desires?
Often times when you are angry, the reason isn’t just what appears on the surface. In the moment it’s best to calm down and examine what’s going on in your heart. Are things not going as you expected?
The words that we speak out of anger are always destructive and rather than build up someone. Matthew 15:11 tells us that it’s what comes out of mouth that defiles.
Let us discipline ourselves to guard and examine our hearts during anger, remain humble so that anger will not be the boss of us.
